Process

How does the process work?

Depending on the product, some or all of the following activities apply:

  1. First, tell us about your Project by Requesting a Quote.
  2. If you have a digital file of what your bus, vehicle, or train looks like please e-mail it to Brilliant Color Imaging.
  3. Project Review. As part of our service, we will contact you to review the specifications. We will review the details of your project to provide an accurate quote, and discuss your scheduling needs.
  4. Sign off of Quote. A Quote will be faxed, mailed or emailed for your review. Upon approval, please sign the Quote Form and return.
  5. Upon receipt of the signed quote, if required, Brilliant Color Imaging will create, email or mail to you a digital template of your bus, vehicle or train to use in designing your graphics.
  6. Submit Files. Submit your project via ftp (preferred), courier, Fed Express, or mail. For contact details click here. We recommend providing a hard copy of each image and any color guides or preferences, along with your files/art.
  7. Review Proof (as needed). We will provide a color proof for your approval. After sign off of the Approval Proof Form, final production begins.
  8. As necessary, install Graphics. Final installation of your vehicle can be in our garage, at your location or in any regional location designated.
  9. Removal of the Wrap. If your wrap is not intended for permanent application, discuss scheduling and cost with us.
